Provision of Non-executive Independent Directors
We can act as independent non-executive directors for companies, investment
funds and special purpose vehicles and will devote the necessary time
to undertake the role. Investment funds established in Ireland are
required to appoint a minimum of two Irish resident directors we can
provide directors with knowledge and experience. The inclusion of
an independent third party director in the structure of an alternative
investment vehicle is a “must have” requirement for any
fund. We can provide director’s that a fund needs in today’s
increasingly demanding environment.
